Purpose of
meeting to gather athletes to convey to them
champs, races, offer speakers, motivational
talks, recognize people for their
accomplishments= awards.

Possibilities:
Vigo will look into rooms to do regional
awards at Columbia (May 17th),
give away bike, wheels, free swag, wetsuits,
recognize athletes

just board mtg fri nite March 21 or sat
March 22 in DC annual board mtg: Alan
Morrison will look into details
